Pretty Kaisertal in pictures
As I’m writing this (Sunday evening 22.08 hrs) it’s exactly one week ago since I got home from Austria. From the Kaisertal to be more precise. I’m sure you may not have heard of that before, yet you may have heard of Kufstein or the Wilder Kaiser?
I needed a few days to recover from the trip. From the forever taking drive back home which took nearly 11 hours because of an insane number of Baustellen on the German Autobahn. From the beautiful yet pretty exhausting hikes I did while it was about thirty degrees. From the mosquito bites I got and kept me awake at night. From the splendor of these mountains that surprised me in any possible way. If they would have been in Yosemite National Park, no one would have noticed they are in fact Austrian mountains. I ate a ton of Apfelstrudels and Wiener Schnitzels, made hundreds of pictures, hiked lots of kilometers and was breathless over and over again, not just because of the steep ascents. Have a look at my journey and enjoy it, just like I did one week ago…
Quite stunning, isn’t it?

Wauw zeg, super mooi!

To be honest, I’ve never heard of Kufstein or the Wilder Kaiser, but your trip sounds amazing. The pictures are just stunning! I would love to visit Austria one day and see its beautiful landscapes 🙂

Thanks! I hope you can see it with your own eyes one day!
