The Brandnertal is a narrow valley in Vorarlberg, just across the border with Germany and next to the border where three countries meet: Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The Brandnertal consists of three villages: Bürs, Bürserberg and a little further on the small town of Brand. The latter is also the largest and nicest place with the most amenities. Hiking the Alpe Adria Trail section 7: from Mallnitz to Obervellach Summer is coming, so it’s time to tell you more about my adventure on the Alpe Adria Trail. In the past year I hiked several stages in various places and I was impressed by the diversity of this long-distance walk in Europe.
